• Sanitizers and alcohol-based products
• Household cleaning agents
• Chlorine and swimming pool water
• Salt water
• Sweat during intense workouts

Sterling Silver Jewellery

Sterling silver naturally reacts with air, humidity, and sulphur, which may cause it to tarnish over time. This is a natural process and not a manufacturing defect.

To maintain its shine:

• Store in an airtight pouch or jewellery box when not in use.
• Keep away from humid environments such as bathrooms.
• Polish occasionally using a silver polishing cloth.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or rough fabrics.

Gold-Plated Jewellery

Gold plating is delicate and will naturally wear over time depending on usage.

To extend the life of the plating:

• Avoid water and moisture whenever possible.
• Do not wear while showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Avoid rubbing the plated surface against hard objects.
• Store separately in a soft pouch to minimise friction.

With regular wear, slight fading of the plating is expected and is considered normal.
